A scenic ride, which is best, completed anti-clockwise due to the current road conditions. Amazing views of the Portes du Soleil, with Mont Blanc making the odd appearance. Some nice quiet rolling roads with a few steep sections.

Climbs: Col de l’Encrenaz

Coffee shops: 3 great options which allow you to stop every half hour if you please. A great little stop at La Cote d’Abroz, another at the summit of Encrenaz and don’t miss Café Alba in Les Gets, it’s a hidden gem!

Claim to fame: Great area for spotting Marmottes, keep an ear out for the squeaky little fellas around the summit and beyond!

Tips/Hints:

If you are looking for a spot to attack on the climb, go at the church, any earlier and you could pay in the last brutal km!
